Humanity seems to be flirting with the brink of catastrophic destruction. Climate change, nuclear threats and scarce natural resources are creating tensions between nations. Where is the wisdom to reverse this trend, and what is the role of civilisation in the face of such challenges? What is the role of science, art, beliefs and indigenous wisdom? The debate celebrates the 60th anniversary of Olli-Pekka Heinonen's birth and is one of the events of the Year of SIVISTYS 2024.
