Tutkimuskuvaus

The goal is to describe the normal ageing of persons 75+ and ageing of people living in institutes for them based mainly on Finnish findings. Also the institutes are examined as regards the leadership and work environment of the personnel in them. The conclusions emphasize the quality of life.
