Tutkimuskuvaus
I am engaged in the development of a parallel implementation for analysing community ecological data using Hierarchical Modelling of Species Communities (HMSC). This model-based approach enables the comprehensive analysis of species communities. My specific task within this project is to create a parallel implementation using TensorFlow, a framework that leverages the power of GPUs for accelerated processing. By utilising the capabilities of parallel computing, I aim to enhance the efficiency and speed of the HMSC analysis, thereby contributing to the advancement of community ecology research.
