General description

I am a consumer researcher, wellness specialist, and positive psychology practitioner interested in eudaimonic well-being, flourishing, sustainability, and positive wellness-mindset as part of a good and meaningful life.

I work as a postdoctoral researcher at the University of Jyväskylä (JSBE) in Academy of Finland's funded transdisciplinary and multi-year research project: Biodiversity Respectful Leadership (BIODIFUL). My research focuses on biodiversity-respectful flourishing life and Gen Z as future consumers and leaders.
