My research areas in the Faculty of Education and Psychology are Education, Teaching and Interventions and Wellbeing, Learning and Interaction at Work. My research focuses on pedagogy of ECEC, ECEC teachers’ pedagogical expertise, cooperation and development work with the working life, academic teacher training, continuing learning, professional agency and relational expertise.
