Research interests
My research focuses on geometric analysis, geometric measure theory, and metric geometry. In particular, I have studied Sobolev-spaces both in the Euclidean setting as well as in general metric measure spaces. One tool in studying Sobolev-spaces has been optimal mass transportation. I have also studied questions in optimal mass transportation more generally and for example its connections to curvature lower bounds and to density functional theory.
