Research interests

My current research focuses on educational leadership, early childhood education and care (ECEC), tutoring, mentoring and coaching in higher education. I am also doing research in the field of chemistry education in higher education.

I am currently working on two projects related to the early childhood education leadership: 1) VakaTuki - Support structures and administration processes for early childhood education service providers and 2) The municipal rule books of the voucher for ECE from the perspective of equality.
