Research interests
My research focuses on the development of body composition, obesity and cardiovascular risk factors from childhood to adulthood, and to explore the molecular reflections of obesity-related cardio-metabolic disorders. Understanding the etiology of obesity and its metabolic sequelae is important because it may help to develop more tailored strategies to combat obesity and cardio-metabolic diseases.
