Tutkimuskuvaus
Tutkin runsasneutronisten atominytimien rakennetta kiihdytinlaboratorion IGISOL-laitteistolla. Erityinen tutkimuskohde on fissiotuotot: mitä ytimiä ja kuinka paljon syntyy raskaiden ytimien hiukkasherätteisessä fissiossa. Tutkimus on perustutkimusta, mutta saadulla tiedolla on käyttöä teollisuudessa ja lääketieteessä.
