Research interests

My research field is cognitive neuroscience related to developmental learning difficulties of reading and mathematics, as well as (foreign) language learning. In the brain studies, I have attended to auditory modality and speech perception/processing and used EEG method to explore e.g. event-related potentials (ERPs) and frequency following response (FFR). The participants of my studies are individuals at-risks for dyslexia or mathematical learning difficulties of different ages, from newborns to adults as well as not at-risk controls.
