Research interests
Researching parallel constraint optimization algorithms in hyperspectral imaging applications. Emphasis on Augmented Lagrangian methods -types algorithms and their application in bio-medical applications. Applications considered in the research is skin cancer analysis & prognosis and histology image analysis using probabilistic graphical models.
