Research interests
Chemical reactions are the basis of all life and the chemical industry. With chemical reactions, starting materials are transformed into other, more valuable products. New and improved reactions are still being discovered, and they are necessary in the transformation towards more sustainable chemical production. Our research focuses on the discovery of new and improved synthetic methods, and applications of these methods into synthesis of bioactive natural products.
