Research interests
Kiihdytinpohjaisen materiaalifysiikan avulla voidaan määrittää materiaalien sisältämät alkuaineet. Tällaisten mittausten avulla asiakas saa selville esimerkiksi epäpuhtaudet joita heidän kasvattamissaan ohutkalvoissa on läsnä ja prosesseja pystytään uuden tiedon avulla parantamaan. Esimerkiksi normaalisti vaikean vedyn pitoisuus ja sijainti saadaan selville promillen tarkkuudella.
