Research interests
We study microbial processes that affect the atmosphere and control nutrient cycles using the stable isotope technology. We also develop new tools for the high-throughput sequencing to characterize functions of millions of microbes or molecules at one shot, aiming to generate also wider application in microbiology and cell biology.
