Research interests

We know that microbes make the world go round. We know that microbial diversity in mere one gram of soil exceeds that of plants on the entire planet. What we usually dont know is which of the microbes carry out the processes that benefit us. We develop new methods to help identify the useful microbes so that we could learn to manage them more efficiently.
