Research interests
Väitöskirjatutkimukseni suomalaisten mielisairaaloiden hoitokäytänteistä 1900-luvulla käsittelee paitsi hoitoideologiota myös normaalin sekä epänormaalin määrittämistä ja hiuksenhienoa rajapintaa. Erilaisuuden historian tutkiminen ja tunteminen on tärkeää kaikille: se ohjaa meitä suvaitsevaisuuteen.
