Research interests
With this study we determine the roles of physical activity, normal growth and maturation, as well as individual background characteristics to physical fitness and to the changes in fitness during adolescent years. We furthermore study the importance of physical activity and physical fitness to health indicators during adolescent years, and to risk factors referring to later life.
