Research interests
My research interest is about developing new technologies for the studies of microbes. From the beginning of my grad studies in 2016 I've been working on a method to perform single-cell screening of samples. This method allows not only the identification of microbes present in a sample, but the detection of other specific genes/DNA sequences of interest. That would enable us to verify from the given microbe diversity the key players in specific processes.
