Research interests
My major research interests are in the first place, development of adult thinking and wisdom. These fields of study are not well-known in Finland, though in all levels of adult education there is need of knowledge of these skills. Higher-order development of adult thinking is one the most important 21th cntury skills. Also, wise decision-making is necessary in the increasingly complex world.
