Research interests

I am an evolutionary biologist with strong interest in animal behaviours and co-evolutionary interactions. My research focuses on host-parasite interactions in aquatic ecosystems. I study how parasites shape the behaviour of their hosts, both before and after infection, and how hosts balance different defence types against parasites. Recently, I also started to explore the role of parasites in shaping ecological communities.
