Research interests

My research includes many themes within the framework of sustainable careers such as work-life balance, meaningful work, and well-being in life that affect not only daily lives and the psychosocial development of adults themselves but also those of their loved ones. My research produces information that helps individuals, organizations, and society to support favourable human development and a good life. This lays foundation also on the productivity of organizations and functionality of society.
