Research interests

In my doctoral thesis, I studied the effectiveness of mindfulness-, acceptance- and value-based intervention combining web program and group meetings on burnout and work well-well-being. At the moment, I work in MEANWELL (Work meaningfulness as a source of well-being for organisations) project in which we study the effectiveness of MEANWELL action model on work meaningfulness, work well-being and productivity.
