General description

At the moment, I work in a research project that studies the role of career shocks in the career development of healthcare and social services employees. The project also explores how employees handle career shocks and develops a tripartite career negotiation intervention to help dealing with career shocks. Previously, I worked in MEANWELL (Work meaningfulness as a source of well-being for organisations) project in which we study the effectiveness of MEANWELL action model on work meaningfulness, work well-being and productivity. In my doctoral thesis, I studied the effectiveness of mindfulness-, acceptance- and value-based intervention combining web program and group meetings on burnout and work well-well-being. In my doctoral thesis, I studied the effectiveness of mindfulness-, acceptance- and value-based intervention combining web program and group meetings on burnout and work well-well-being.
