Research interests
In my PhD study I'm trying to find out how does Flavobacterium columnare find its way to a fish farm from nature. F. columnare causes bacterial infections at fish farms and is a global problem with several fish species. So far, only treatment in Finland for the infection at fish farms is an antibiotic treatment.
