Tiivistelmä
Project Management
The amounts for Project Management are flat rates. The Coordinator (OSMOPE) will have 500€/month, the remainder partners (being more than 9), have the amount of 6.750€/month, corresponding to 187,50€/month.
Project Meetings
We have one PM per year and to keep these meetings strictly for management and evaluation issues. In this sense. Regular meetings for discussion, definition of strategies, etc. will be held by Skype or in the Staff Weeks (LTTA).
LTTA
As always, the Staff Weeks (LTTA) are at the heart of the project and we have maintained them as so. Four LTTA are previewed; you can find attached were they will be, how many people will participate from each institution.
As you can see, the budget is not high, but is focused on the mobilities and the exchange of practices. If the project is approved, we can afterwards mode on to deeper discussions and reintroduce the innovation dimension of the project – and this will bring back Intellectual Outputs (and workings days), as well as the Multiplier Events.
