Summary
The aim of this homing grant project is to support experimental neutrino physics research in Finland. That will be started by continuing the ongoing detector development and data analysis activities within JUNO and OSIRIS experiments and extending the research towards the future needs of these experiments. Especially the project will include measurements of very low levels of radiocarbon in liquid scintillators with state-of-the-art detector setup located in Finland. Low radiocarbon content of scintillator target is essential for the standalone precision measurement of solar pp neutrinos with OSIRIS detector.
