Summary
The metaverse is understood as an operating environment where technology and digital contents combine with the real world. In the metaverse, for example, consumers can interact with each other and trade can be conducted there. The focus of the METAyCX research project is to create a deep understanding of customers in the metaverse environment. The primary goal of the project is to produce research data on the metaverse customer experience and the effects of metaverse on future trade.
The research project produces a comprehensive consumer understanding by examining consumer and customer behavior in the service environments of the metaverse. The project utilizes qualitative and quantitative research methods and implements practical trials and experiments. With the project, we gain more understanding of how companies can serve and engage their customers better in the service environments of the metaverse.
