Summary

ENIRDELM stands for European Network for Improving Research and Development in Educational Leadership and Management. ENIRDELM-network was founded in 1991 to support collaboration between the opening Eastern Europe and Western Europe. Today, its mission is to support developing educational leadership in the whole of Europe with a global touch by advancing the amicable critical professional expertise of all acting in the field of education. ENIRDELM-network includes a rich diversity of actors in the field of education. The network is based on voluntariness, and it has several traditions supporting community spirit.
