Summary

The project enacts government funded professional development education by advancing the learning and capacity of education staff, and by supporting the enactment of government's education policy reforms by strengthening municipalities' development capacity to organise support to students' learning as part of theri strategic leadership. The extent of the education is 5 ECTS and duration 14 months. To increase impact, the participants are municipal teams. The contact sessions take place in three locations, each with 4-6 municipality teams including 3-5 members (in all 3 x 20 participants). The education comprises of five modules that are provided in four contact sessions. Each contact session contains pre-assignments, independent and group work as well as online tutoring. During the education, participants construct municipal level development plans for organising support to strengthen students' learning and growing as well as multiprofessional collaboration and organisational culture to advance well-being.
