We are looking for a Collective Intelligence as a mixture of Human-Artificial Intelligence (AI) interaction, which will be trusted and adopted in various business ecosystems and which will preserve a human-centric nature of everyday business processes. Emerging AI-technologies related to the Computational Intelligence and Deep Learning suffer today from the lack of trust by the industrial companies because the decisions, conclusions or recommendations made by the trained models (e.g., neural networks) are not easily explainable. On the other hand, the trend towards the Explainable Artificial Intelligence (XAI) promises to provide a transparent alternative. However, this is not yet a mainstream approach like the Deep Learning. We suggest a compromised solution framework – Responsible Artificial Intelligence (RAI). On the one hand, RAI must be capable of benefiting from the Deep Learning techniques for capturing the behavior, knowledge and decision-making models of humans (end-users, customers, experts, managers etc.). On the other hand, based on the autonomous agents’ technology, it enables creation of digital clones and embedding them into a simulated or real business environment for playing a similar role as their original human-twins. In such cases, the humans will share their existing responsibilities and capabilities with their digital clones, and vice versa. To enable RAI, we, in addition to the state-of-the-art AI, will use some of our experiences, technologies and approaches:

(1) π-Mind (Pi-Mind) – “Patented Intelligence” technology (Terziyan, Gryshko & Golovianko, 2018) to formalize, license, share, reuse and integrate the personal value- and decision-driven processes in autonomous cyber-physical systems;
(2) “Cellular Collective Intelligence” vision (Terziyan, November 2018), which will be a technology of digital enhancement of a human with the team of personal digital advisors;
(3) “SmartResource-UBIWARE” technology (SmartResource & UBIWARE, 2004-2010), which enables smart and autonomous digital proxy to the Internet of Things (IoT) entities for intended interoperability between people, infrastructure, software and analytics.
