Summary
This Erasmus+ Archimedes Programme project aims at redesigning the work of the school board together with the local government and all other stakeholders. The role and responsibility of the board will reach a qualitatively new level, where the board will become the collegial governing body of the educational institution. The project reaches for impact on four levels - citizen, educational institution, local government and state. The project is coordinated by the Estonian Parental Assocation and its activities will take place in Estonia. However, the results of the project are to have European level influence and the Estonian process to have a prallele Finnish one with separate funding. University of Jyväskylä answers for the research-based development in the project.
