Summary

In this project I study new intensified jod demands, illegitimate tasks and job crafting and how they are associated with well-being among health care professionals and teachers. I have three goals: 1) to find out how much new intensified job demands the employees are experiencing and how they are associated with their well-being, 2) to explore if the experiences about new intensified job demands and their effects on well-being are shared among employees in the same work unit and 3) to study at what extent the emloyees are crafting their jobs among new intensified job demands, how job crafitng is associated with well-being and if job crafting changes the connection between new intensified job demands and well-being.
