Summary
The Career Skills project will introduce a comprehensive career skills catalogue and design an innovative massive open online course (MOOC) for career management competences. These products will address a broad range users – young people, low skilled, unemployed, NEET, employees who are planning a career transition or are threatened to lose their jobs, older workers, who need to upskill and develop new competences to remain competitive. Additionally, the project will enhance the capacity of career guidance practitioners and trainers on the related topic and to equip them with easy to use resources.
