Summary

The project examines both concrete and fictive mobility in the long nineteenth century. The projects includes three parts: the study of 1) controlling mobility, 2) concrete mobility (or movement) based on professional aims and 3) fictive mobility, which means studying how mobility is described in fictional literature.
