Summary
This project will reduce gender segregation in particular the technology sector. The aim of the project is to make higher education in ICT more attractive to women by raising the image of ICT and developing educational solutions, practices and cultures that are more attractive to women. Through this, more effective use of the labor potential is sought to address the ICT labor shortage. The project activities will be piloted in connection with the Masters Education Program of Mathematical Information Technology in Kokkola University Consortium Chydenius. However, in many respects, the operating models and solutions developed in the project can be generalized.
