Summary
The main objective of TASOS-project is to strengthen the social inclusion and financial capability of the service users
of adult social work who are marginalized from the labor market. Further, the project will essentially improve the impact
of their services by a new approach, which is oriented rather on the resources instead of the problems of the service
users. The measurements for strengthening the financial capability are essentially based on the modelling of the new
methods of financial social work, consisting on individual counseling, financial counseling centers as group offers as
well as self-help groups of people in need for stronger financial capability. The measurements for strengthening social
inclusion and participation include development and modelling of new type of community-oriented and nature-based
group interventions selected by the participants themselves. The impact of each of the three new measurements
regarding the three objectives of the project will be indicated with the AVAIN-tool of impact measurement, addressing
the development of wellbeing and capability. With these measurements and their critical evaluation, it will be possible
for the target group to get advanced on their individual and collective paths towards capabilities also relevant for the
labor market.
