Summary
The primary and main goal of the project is to refine and, if necessary, update the process simulation model developed in the pre-design project of the demo plant based on experimental research.
The second goal of the project is to further develop the innovative 3D printable scavenger so that it can be easily integrated into the recovery process, selectively remove both valuable raw materials and especially rare earth metals from extraction solutions, and withstand process conditions and materials.
The third objective of the project is, if the plans and calculations are in favor of making the investment, to assess the necessary environmental permitting process, to get out of waste status and other possible regulatory requirements in close cooperation with permitting and inspection authorities.
