Summary

The focus on this dissertation is on comorbid fluency difficulties of reading and arithmetic. The aims of this study are to a) explore the prevalence and stability of comorbid fluency difficulties in reading and mathematics, b) examine the roles of cognitive and motivational factors in single and comorbid reading and arithmetic fluency problems and c) examine means of identifying and supporting children with comorbid difficulties.
