Summary
The main objective of the project is to gather various services of children and families together to a competence center, and unify the processes of services as well as their development activities. The project implication is directed towards improving and renewing the services of children and families in their structure and quality. It will enable piloting of new service practices and new chances of collaboration inside of the consortium, also in regard of the forthcoming SOTE- reform.
