Summary
DEFA is a consortia proposal to the Ministry of education and culture call on improving higher education 2018-2020. University of Helsinki is leading the consortia.
This proposal enhances the openness of university education by providing MOOC courses for all enabling flexible study paths for various purposes. In this first phase there are five participating universities aiming at providing the IT studies of first study year through the web and by this means enabling another path for enrolling to IT studies in universities.
