Summary
In this development research MEANWELL operations model is created for organizations as well as HR and occupational health professionals in order to enhance employees' sense of meaningfulness and well-being in work as well as functionality of the organizations. MEANWELL operations model will be tested in different organizations. Its work-life face-validity will be investigated via rich data collection including both focus-group and individual interviews as well as pre- and follow-up survey including indicators of occupational well-being and productivity.
