Abstract
Anxiety and difficulty in breathing are increasingly the reason for coming to see a physiotherapist. The pace of life has accelerated, and the technostress of the electronic world has tired the bod¡ blocked thinking and increased negative emotions. Elevated stress and over excitation primarily increase breathing difficulties and dyspnea. When prolonged,
they lead to problems associâted with insomnia, painful
tension, and recovery. Simple relaxation and breathing exercises are not necessarily the best treatment mode for these. Instead, functional exercises integrating breathing have been found to release more safety-related feelings and experientialism.
