Tiivistelmä
aimed at the development and implementation of procedures for ensuring the quality of higher education
in Ukraine based on the principle of "unification through trust". Consortium members proved
that a necessary condition for ensuring the quality of higher education in Ukraine is the creation of transparency, impartiality and credibility of all procedures in this area. The solution proposed by the consortium is based on the use of a modern Internet resource - the Portal
ensuring the quality of higher education. The manual contains methodological recommendations for the construction and implementation of transparent, impartial and reliable quality assurance procedures
of education through the Portal, which should become the basis for creating trust of society and the academic community for decision-making in the field of higher education.
