Description of the dataset
Description: The project group develops a practical and research-based MEANWELL action model for discussing and developing work meaningfulness in both work communities and as a part of client work in HR and work healthcare. In the project, the use of MEANWELL action model is studied, and in addition, broader associations between work meaningfulness, work well-being and organizational functioning are studied. Research data will include e-surveys, as well as individual and focus group interviews.
