Description: Data include the measurement data collected with the JYFLTRAP double Penning trap mass spectrometer in the JYFL-ACCLAB Accelerator Laboratory at the University of Jyväskylä and the associated ELOG notes. Supplementary data for the article published in European Physical Journal A (https://doi.org/10.1140/epja/s10050-022-00695-w) based on this data set are also included.
