Description of the dataset

DescriptionIn the dataset, there are heart rate distributions and mean RPE measured during a 10-week endurance training period. Participants (n = 35) were untrained and they participated in either a low or high intensity cycling training group. Further, in the dataset there are physiological variables measured before and after the intervention: VO2max, maximal aerobic power output, 1st and 2nd lactate thresholds, fat utilization during low-intensity exercise, 15-second sprint power, maximal stroke volume, body mass index, and heart rate variability-based recovery from prolonged an exercise in which participants cycled 3 h + 15 s sprint.
