Description of the dataset

Description: This study examines how two nonprofit organizations conducting environmental and social justice work in Finland and Slovenia implement ecosocial principles. The research project consists of two case studies to demonstrate how principles from the ecosocial work literature are implemented at the organization. The data for this project includes eight semi-structured interviews and twelve documents. This dataset consists of 12 documents (annual reports, staff charts, webpages, presentations, and reports). These documents were published between 2021 and 2023. The purpose of the documents is to describe the structure, aims, and programs at each organization for better analysis and triangulation with the interview data.
