Data storage:
JYU Nextcloud server is the primary storage place for all shared datafiles. All datafiles are stored in a password-secured folder in JYU Nextcloud cloud server that creates automatic backups of files and to which all data sharing partners have access to. On the project PI’s computer, the path to the synchronized Nextcloud folder (created 25th October 2021 ) is: C:\MyTemp\WorkFiles\Projects-at-JYU\COLDWEBS\SharedData\DataSharing\

Original data (Excel files) shared by partners are stored in separate folders (“OriginalData”), with each folder named according to the abbreviation of the partner institution and the full name(s) of the person responsible for collection and sharing of the data. These original data are subsequently merged and modified by the project PI Dr. Antti P. Eloranta (JYU) in a large Excel file stored in “ModifiedData” folder.
