Description of the dataset
Description: This data includes all used research data published in Limnology and Oceanography doi: 10.1002/lno.12973, including pigments and fatty acid concentration over three seasons in Lake Kariba at Sanyati Basin in 2022. Moreover, data includes microbial communities using 16SRNA and 23SRNA. Data also include fatty acid profiles and stable isotopes of food web components in Lake Kariba. Moreover, data include relative gene activity of fads2 and elolv5 genes from fish liver.
