Research interests
My group is interested in endophytic bacterial communities in cold climate plants. We investigate the biotic and abiotic factors impacting assembly, structure and function of these communities. Understanding plant-microbe interactions involved in plant growth and stress tolerance in adverse environments is important for science, as well as for development of sustainable agricultural and biotechnological practices.
