General description
I teach scientific writing in Finnish, especially to students of education and information systems. I also teach pedagogy of Finnish language and literature. I also work as a development teacher in the Academic Study Skills team and in the AAKE (Academic Expertise Development Follow-up Study) research and development project, and as a coordinator of the maturity exam.

Research interests
I study the academic communication and language skills of university students. I am particularly interested in scientific writing and its pedagogy. I also study the pedagogical competence of primary education pre-service teachers in Finnish language and literature.
